Tapering klonopin

Hello, I'm looking for experiences from people who are taperin or have tapered. I'm noticing a trend where in the morning when I wake up, for about 1.5 hours after I take my first dose, im having withdrawals. Then again it's happening in the evening prior to taking second dose. The only time I feel somewhat okay is when I'm in the middle of my dose. Is this a common thing? Doctor prescribed olanzapine to help but I'm afraid to take it.  Anything helps,  thank you

I took Klonopin daily for almost 30 years and am now K free, but am working on the Valium that I crossed over to during my taper.

Klonopin has a half live of about 30-40 hrs so your feeling of withdrawal symptoms might be due to tolerance, but you haven't been taking it for that long. 

Hmmm...

Also, Olanzapine is an antipsychotic, so unless you are schizophrenic or bipolar I don't understand why he would give you that.
