Question about Temazepam and Klonopin using Ashton

I'm on both Temazepam and Klonopin. My Doctor originally was having me cut down my dose of K from 2mg to 1.5 and then had me dose down another .5. The second .5 cut was so bad I ended up So my boyfriend took sick leave to be with me. I had a good window but I'm entering another bad period and I haven't even dosed down. I take 30mg every night of Temazepam and I'm down to 1 mg of K in the form of .5mg twice a day. I wake up feeling anxious. I think the Temazepam has finally gotten to tolerance withdrawal as I have been on it since around late February and the doctor wanted me to taper the Klonopin down first.

I want to start tapering the Temazepam with the Ashton method, though convincing the Doctor to go along with this will be difficult as I make too little money for insurance so I'm dealing with my county's awful, uncommunicative, unsupportive "behavioral wellness." The doc himself is fine, but I effectively have no therapist as they have done nothing to transfer my case to a different therapist and case manager than the verbally abhsive jerk I'm putting in a complaint about.

However I'm wondering how to start an Ashton taper off 1mg of Klonopin. I want to cross over to Valium for the Temazepam and that seems fairly clear for Temazepam, but I'm wondering how to do it for 1mg Klonopin...

I want to C/O the Klonopin eventually but I want to deal with C/Oing one medicine at once but I want a solid plan of attack to present to my doctor for him to even consider. Tapering the K worked down to this point but I will finish tapering the K with a C/O after I taper the Temazepam first

Just having a plan will help get my Doctor to agree with my plan instead of just calling me "meds non-compliant."
