[No...]
I have been on klonopin for about 4 years now, .5mg in the morning and .5mg at night. I had two previous attempts at cutting with minimal knowledge of a tapering plan; once cold turkey and one through dry cutting the pill. I had horrible withdrawal symptoms with both attempts and reinstated the regular dosage. After about two years I decided to try again but at this point I was doing this thing where I would consistently miss doses at night before going out to drink on weekends or when I would be in a hurry to work. I would essentially miss 2 to 3 doses a week of .5mg at night or morning. Well, I decided I would just stop taking the morning dose, the one I missed the most, and I have experienced practically no withdrawal symptoms and I am now 3 months in the clear. It's strange how this is considering I had a lot of trouble before. Is this normal?

I suspect I'm having a crazy awful time on my low dose bc my body is still healing from getting off an SNRI many months ago. Congrats to you! [sw...]
Seriously, this is amazing to me. I'm surprised more people aren't commenting. This should provide hope for many out there. I spent six months before my K problems trying to identity the reasons for my depression/ anxiety which came out of nowhere. I PM'd you my theory besides possible delayed withdrawal from an SNRI. [er...]
I don't think it's a real big deal, I think the proof will come if you cut the .5mg to .25mg (which I do not recommend), seriously you'll know more when you get to lower doses.. .5mg is still a decent amount of Clonazepam. God will help you if you ask Him.. Good luck! Eric
