[ma...]
Hi MitchG Welcome to benzobuddies! I am sorry you are suffering did you do a fast taper? Benzodiazepines should be tapered off slowly. The symptoms you are experiencing will ease eventually, they are temporary, you will recover from this. Congratulations on being benzo free, we have many supportive and kind members here who will support you and give sound advice. Feel free to check out the forum and post to any of our dedicated threads. Have you read the Ashton Manual, it is an excellent resource about these types of drugs and how to withdraw. It was written by an expert in the field. I will put a link here: Professor Ashtons Manual Here is a link to our Post withdrawal recovery support. If you would be so kind as to add a signature (history of meds/doses etc) it will help members give you relevant advice this link will show you how to ”Create a signature” Welcome aboard Magrita

[ma...]
Thanks, did a slow taper. 3 months @ .5 mg.! Been trying but the fear and anxiety is hard and then you withdraw from people. Relaxing for now. This is a slow process but you can do it Mitch, you will recover from this. I withdrew from everything ended up housebound ( agoraphobia) The fear and anxiety are dreadful, but remember withdrawal symptoms are temporary. Some of the symptoms can be scary, some can be very severe, but they will go eventually with some time!! Hang in there Magrita
[Sw...]
Thank you for your words Magrita.I started to feel lot of fear three months ago, I think it was because I developed tolerance to Klonopin. I couldnt explain why I was feeling worst each day. I decided to stop K and started my taper days ago. Sometimes I want to take a higher dose to feel calmer but I wont do it. My main symptons are high anxiety sol the time and tremors.
