[Ei...]
Just wanted to stop by and post another progress update, like I did at 1 year out. My original celebration post has more about my journey and some advice/tips that I learned along the way: http://www.benzobuddies.org/forum/index.php?topic=110582.msg1430736 Not going to write that much again this time, but I think it's worth noting that at 2 years out, all symptoms have vanished and they never return. Even at 1 year out, I would occasionally have "bad days." But not any more. Seems like my body has completely restored balance and healed. I wish all of you that are tapering the very best. I can't imagine anything as miserable as getting off this stuff, and hope that ends up being the worst time of my entire life, which I think is very likely. I'm here if you have any questions or just want someone to talk to. Otherwise, again - I wish you the very best. -Eidolon

[Ar...]
Thank you so much for coming back. I needed to hear some encouraging news. Had a window last week and now in a wave. I feel that healing is near, just not yet. Best wishes for your life.

[Ei...]
Congratulations! Did you have any problems with dizziness? That's my main symptom that is driving me nuts. Yes. Dizziness was the first symptom that scared the crap out of me and sent me to the hospital (because I didn't know why I was suddenly so dizzy at work). Dizziness continued to be my worst symptom while withdrawing and after but it's cleared up now. I'm sure yours will clear up too. Just hang in here

Windows and waves, but the Windows get longer and better and the waves get shorter and weaker until you're finally back to normal and only in the feeling of a window. I'm here if you need someone to talk to. Feel free to PM any time.
[...]
Thank you so much for coming back to keep us going and I'm so glad you have your life back. Did you feel that you were stuck and never get better. My recovery is taking longer and at 26 months, my negatives that this is me are awful. This is the biggest life challenge for anyone. I would attempt Everest before this
[Ei...]
Thank you so much for coming back to keep us going and I'm so glad you have your life back. Did you feel that you were stuck and never get better. My recovery is taking longer and at 26 months, my negatives that this is me are awful. This is the biggest life challenge for anyone. I would attempt Everest before this Oh yeah, I felt hopeless all the time. I thought I'd never get better, I thought maybe I'd permanently changed my body. Symptoms were still so bad even after jumping that I was sure I was going to have to learn to live with them for the rest of my life but they eventually cleared up. Light exercise (going for walks, specifically) really helped accelerate healing for me, so I always recommend that if you aren't going for walks. I was doing 15 minute walks and then ramped up to 30. If I felt like going longer, I would, but 30 was usually pretty good.

Shit tick.. bate me 10 days before. But in comparison to the time 4 months ago I must say that there is a healing process.. [Ta...]
Hi Eidolon82 First off all well done on reaching happiness. Fantastic job making the 2 year mark. I'm only 4 months out so still suffering a fair bit. I'm definitely better than I was 2 months ago, so there has been some slow healing. I love reading stories like yours because it gives me so much hope and strength. I find myself smiling as I read these stories because I know where you've all been - HELL!!!! and now you've reached the end of the rainbow - BLISS!!! I wish you continued health and happiness.
