New member titration method

Hello,  new guy here.  Expect to withdraw from diazepam 10 mg over several months.  Have in in mind the titration method with 100 ml graduated cylinder, motar n ped, plus milk.  Look forward to reading your posts and any suggestions presented.  Best of luck to everyone.  Thank you.  Regards, Benzonomo

I would recommend having a look at the Ashton Manual simply for information about the withdrawal process.  It does provide a lot of good information and is written by an expert in the field.
