Why don't you try the Valium group on here. Or try the "Withdrawal group". You definatly want to taper if you want to keep from having side effects and avoid seisures. You should taper off of the benzo's with some advice from one of these groups. You can run it by me after you get the advice if you are not comfortable with it. And then you should stay off the benzo's. YOur body does not like them.

Regarding titration with milk.... I am lactose intolerant and can not use regular milk. Almond milk and soy milk do not have the fat content  that regular whole milk has. Will these kinds of milk with only 2.5 mg of fat work as well as regular whole milk that I understand is what you are supposed to use for titration?
