[me...]
Yes, red eyes were a symptom for me, too. Seemingly minor, but very irritating. This will get better as you heal.

[Ma...]
I have had red, glossy eyes since I hit tolerance. I Think its a withdrawal symptom. Nothing alleviates it. They also burn. They get really bad when I'm stressed out. If you find something that helps please let me know. I am very self cautious about it when I go out in public. [al...]
No milk is a very smart decision. Over 60 % of adult humans don't fair well with milk. And by not using any milk related products, no animals have to suffer.
[ce...]
having reflux and red eyes for one month... :'( Its too much time already. I am scared. I'm taking two liters of ginger tea every day. But the itchy eyes are hindering my work on the Internet (which is the only job I can do). muscle tension and hives, also reflux. It is very strange because sometimes I even forget to take the dose as if no longer needed. And when I do I don't really feel an effect. I'm at 0.70. However, all these symptoms are bothering me a lot. Are red eyes a normal symptom? along with reflux ? ... :/ And now I have also mouth sores. I have not eaten in all day! It seems allergy but it is not! I'm just drinking ginger.
[al...]
The mouth sores you shouldn't worry about. Could be the result of not enough sleep. But 2 liters of tea(of any kind) is a lot, maybe too much. For some even 2 liters water is too much. I would replace at least 3/4 th with water and see if you see any improvement after a 2 days.

[al...]
I meant the red eyes. Too much potassium can cause Hyperkalemia and 11 % of Potassium is in Ginger tea. Just guessing here.

[al...]
You are welcome! Let me know if you see any improvement after a few days. But still enjoy your tea, just not so much. I hope it is the cause because then its easy to solve.

[al...]
I am sorry to hear that. I really was convinced the overuse of ginger tea could cause those negative effects. Another stupid question, but do you have enough sleep(min 8 hours) and I dont know how many hours you spend behind your desktop?
[do...]
I have experienced the same! Avoid spicy anything and sugar. Also, eat small meals throughout the day. Gallbladder issues arise with lack of eating. I found out the hard way. Best wishes, Dontpnc

Guest [su...]
All benzo cause muscle relaxation. Your cardia in your stomach respond to this relaxation and can not close as it should. My cardia is wide open and I got heartburn and even food coming up in my mouth and nose...Use Omeprazol or similar.
