Hi, I'm new to this forum. I stopped tking Zanaflex last year cold  and need advice.  Pls let me know when I can post questions here.

Zanaflex is a short-acting muscle relaxer that may have a discontinuation syndrome for some people.  It isn't a benzodiazepine, which is  the primary purpose of this forum, but I found this support group: http://www.ehealthme.com/support-group/zanaflex-and-withdrawal-syndrome/ during a quick search for information.  I don't know anything about this group, so if you're interested in it, check it out first before joining.  I'm not endorsing it, just passing on the information.
