Bloating/Digestive

Has anyone else noticed bloating. I know this is my first week off. I'm thankful I can sleep but my what a change with my system. I feel like my stomach could explode. arghhhhhhh.

Bloating is very common in benzo withdrawal, I looked pregnant lol. I also had lots of GI issues. You will find quite a few threads on bloating if you use the search feature, here is one.

 

Extreme bloating....benzo belly?
