Hi everybody! I was on benzos for 30 years! Totally off all benzos since July 8th 2015 yet this week has been one LOOOOOONG wave. I need some words of encouragement because the doc thinks I have adrenal fatigue now and it is exhausting. (no pun intended) I need some hope that I will get better. I seem to have healed considerably but when these waves hit I get very panicky. I just food shopped and bought all organic and am trying to eat nothing at all that will aggravate my symptoms. Anybody else with adrenal fatigue and words of encoutragement would be appreciated. Thank you so much!

Congrats on being benzodiazepine free. I am sorry you are feeling badly right now but so happy you found us. I think this will be a excellent place of support for you.
