Hi. I'm just starting this journey. I'm scared. I've been on 3mg of Lorazepam at night for 7 years. My start happened as a result of a very traumatic accident. I have taken as prescribed for all of these years. I have suffered with what was diagnosed as fibromyalgia but I am beginning to wonder if I am in a constant state of withdrawals during the day.

Do not be scared about embarking on a journey that will set you free.  Welcome it, be excited about it.  Hopefully your doctor is benzo-wise.  Compare the advice you receive from your doctor with the reduction schedules suggested on this site.  Lots of resources here.  Welcome!
