I can not take this...

Really hard.

I can not go out of the house anymore.

All blurry.

Anything to help me reinstate vallmum.

I want to see and live...

I'm sorry you're still going through this.  But, you're still in acute withdrawal, and many members experience temporary agoraphobia during their first few months off.  This will get better for you in time.

Thanks thanks, Meagan.you are so kind and caring.

One day I will be healed like you and help people going through this.

I never give up. My life is and family is so precious.

Is it better to keep going out and move around? which I did today.at first scary but I have gotten over it and eventually ran.

If you can get out and get a little activity, it certainly may help by distracting you.  I found it difficult to go out for awhile, too, and I had never been like that before and haven't been that way since I started to feel better.

I suspect because our bodies are in fight-or-flight mode, our brains are saying stay home and hunker down to protect assaults on the central nervous system.  But of course, those are benzo lies... we really are not in danger of anything more than bringing on a temporary wave if we push too hard.

The vision will clear up, too.  It all just takes time.

Thank you Challis,

Well sad flight or fight, my CNS is so fragile that in any circumstances it is trying to protect it.

Muscles and senses needs to be exercised to improve.

So as you said done in moderation, I will be keep exercising.

It was not too bad in the end.

I am assuming that you don't want to go out because of how blurry your vision is and not because you have agoraphobia. I would certainly try to go about life as normal as possible. If it is real bad you may want to stay away from driving. I know firsthand how frustrating this symptom is, but it will get better. Hopefully some relief from it is around the corner.

Hi Benz r cruel,

I don't think I have agoraphobia which I don't know so much about though.

I get frustrated w brurriness being outside.

I did exercise as much as I can to exercise my eye muscle.

Is your vision any better at some points during the day, or is it constant. I know when this was one of my symptoms that it kind sometimes it would almost be gone. That usually was in the evening.
