Is this normal? And my back is on fire especially the right side of the back.

 

Has anyone else had this? Plus my head feels so tight

I've had all of those. It waxes and wanes but they've all gone away at times. It will for you too.

Have had both of these sxs. Fire in the back is getting better and now comes and goes, not 24/7 like the past 7 months. I'm sure yours will get better too. Benzos play havoc with your muscles. Every muscle in my body has hurt, been on fire, hurt, buzzed, numb or sore at one point or another since quiting.
