[Na...]
I see a lot of benzo and z-drug users that report various symptoms that are brought on by eating a meal. Dizziness, anxiety, palpitations, sweating, etc., etc., either when they have been on the drug and in tolerance or after they have withdrawn. The question is .... why? What is the act of eating a meal doing that brings on this exacerbation of symptoms? I have a theory that eating causes glutamate to be released in the brain, but I haven't found any source that tells me this with certainty. Anyone have any ideas, or better yet, actual information? [...]
The most gaba receptors are in the gut/stomach/belly. So i think its no question that our belly becomes hypersensitiv, inflammed and damaged. Histaminintolerance, Leaky gut, wrong gut bacteria and other things occur. Than you put sugar, highly inflammable foods such as gluten or dairy or foods are high in glutamate in your abdomen, it is only a question of time until you feel not more butterflys in it. And that disaster in your gut make whole body symptoms. And yes also brain symptoms like panik, anxiety, depression, dizziness, migraine etc. Intermittent fasting is a good option when worse comes to worse.
