Can you feel worse in 3rd month than second?

I stopped Ativan 10 weeks ago. I am starting to sleep better but feel weaker, stomach more upset, still foggy head. I do feel better sometimes but I swear I feel worse sometimes than I need before? Is this how it goes?

I felt much better at the end of month 1 and in month 2 than I did in month 3 and starting month 4! I think it can be misleading when we hit month 2 and start feeling better because we think we got off easy! Ha ha! It seems to be a trend if you look at others signatures and read success stories. It must be because our brains are busy under construction so the body gets a little neglected here and there while the work is being done.

I felt better in month 3 than in month 1 & 2.  I dunno... I think anything's possible in benzo withdrawal.

This. There are no patterns, unfortunately.

Expect the unexpected. But yeah, I've had a good month/bad month pattern.

And I was a windows person until I got smacked with a giant wave. Lost my windows and relief at night and I'm in month 5. How I sleep? I dunno. Lol

Today is my four month mark. The last month was worse than months 2 and 3. Last night I had a horrendous night, but today I had a 98% window.

If you read the other posts, you will see that many others experience the same.

So I guess what you all are saying is ..Just roll with it..Don't expect anything..don't be surprised... Enjoy the good days...Try to remember it is just symptoms... Thanks all...  I hope you all get a long window for taking the time to help someone else through a rough day. :) :)

I'm at five months.  I have never had a real window, just ups and downs within a range that seems to gradually improve.  My worst day now is better than my worst days used to be.  I haven't had what I think of as a "better" day in about a month, so I'm hoping for some better days soon.

Best of luck to you.
