Yesterday and today NO cortosal wake up call! Hope this continues.

What did show up was benzo belly- I did sit-ups to begin strengthening my abd muscles-

I love it when that happens. I had a glorious 1.5 weeks at Christmas where I slept until 9:30- 10 everyday with almost nothing for surges. :) Enjoy!
