4 months free of benzos

I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate Benzo Buddies and the wonderful work you do to keep people informed and connected to others experiencing awful withdrawal symptoms.   I honestly don't know what I would have done without you.  I probably would have fallen into the trap of treating my benzo symptoms with more benzos or psych meds.  What a disaster that would have been for me.  Anyway, I will complete my 4-month anniversary on January 19th!  I still have issues:  Tinnitus (though getting a bit fainter), upper GI discomfort (like GERD), fatigue, sleep deficit (getting 5-6 hours), and general malaise.  Sxs that have improved are: agoraphobia, blood pressure spikes, wobbly legs, back pain and DP/DR.  I am feeling my old self again more often than not.  Thanks to all who contribute to this forum.  I read as many of your posts as I can and feel your anguish as you, too, navigate the horror of benzo withdrawal.  I could not (honestly) have survived this ordeal without your help!     Peace and rapid healing to all!
