Never felt so bad - 14 months out!!

I'm about 14 months out now and while I thought I was making progress (slowly) the last week or so I feel like I'm back in acute. I never thought I could feel so bad again. I think every symptom I ever had has come back - dp/dr, dizziness, balance issues, tight neck and shoulder muscles, scared to death, depression ...........

What's happening to me??? Is this really still w/d??

I have been under stress lately but can stress really cause this at 14 months out? I just feel to hopeless and miserable right now!!!

Any advice anyone??

Well.  Yes, this is what my pattern has been as well.  I remember the first wave after a long time of feeling good and thinking it was all behind me...what a huge shock and disappointment.  I rested, got better and did it again.  I doubt it slows our eventual total healing...just makes it feel a bit worse at times.  Managing stress is key.

At 14.5 months I got hit with worse than acute withdrawal. I'm still in it 8 weeks later! It's like i just now went into acute. I couldn't and still can't believe it! I was bedridden for a month because of it. I still don't want to leave the house and the waves are still really bad. Hopefully yours doesn't last as long as me. I'm sure you'll be ok soon.
