Sorry for my english im french,

Today im 6 month out and woke up with terrible nausea, thought it was cortisol surges so eat a banana, then i cant stop vomiting every 30min, cant eat anithing or drink water because i vomit it few minutes after

 

Is it gastroenteritis or withdrawal ?
