depression will it hinder My healing process !

I know this is a loaded question with no definite answer however I do wonder if My severe depressive illness will either delay or prevent My CNS from healing properly.  This is My first time on benzos and firt time going through this withdrawal process hoewver I have been through some major depressive episodes and anyone who has knows how bad the symptoms can be.

 

Some are similar to benzo withdrawal . I know the depression is making My withdrawal symptoms much worst however just wondering if they will hinder My recovery which includeds My brain resetting itself.  If anyone has any information on this subject please share it with me. My p doc says She can only offer me moral support and the shrink I consulted with says Oh We dont really know how the brain works in mental illness nor do We know how the medications works.

 

Ok so We all know they are useless , I trust the Benzo forum members more than these idiots with medical degrees.
