The first time was much worse.  If this truly is the withdrawal I experienced different symptoms this time.

I remember reading and seeing a video of a younger woman with her eyes darting around unconrtrolobly.

I also read about the eye floaters.  I had either symptom after 7 years of xanax usage.  But now I have a few eye floaters and my eyes were involuntarily moving.

I feel that pressure in my sternum like there is a expanding growth down beneath my sternum.

This is the weirdest type of malaise.  There is no word to describe the heaviness that overcomes my head.  Like a deep searing poising starting in my head and seeping into my torso.

Just wondering how your second, or even your third time was as far as different symptoms.

I have been through opiate withdrawal a few times and it was always the same.  I do not even like benzos.  I was taking muscle relaxers (baclofen) and generic xanax.  The are almost identical.  So I am not even sure how much of each I had.  I know that I was a bit lazier a lot of the times.

Thanks

Yes last time for me was much worse. I felt no windows for about four months, had completely different symptoms. Felt a lot crazier and alot more out of it last time but I was not depressed at all last time, I would say I was positive throughout the experience. This time I had awful depression and crying spells lasting a week. But I feel like I'm healing each day now and I am experiencing moments of normality too.

Thanks Kelly Jane.  Just like the rest of us I am trying to decipher whether these are symptoms or something else.  I do have more than reasonable suspicions about my health.
