Is this how withdrawal goes

Hi. I am off  8 weeks. Was able to do things and feel okay not good at all but okay. Past 4 days worse. Head foggier feel weak  stomach feels sick again ,so tired, can't stop thinking about it all. Still don't sleep much. Is this how it will be? does this sound like withdrawl?  Went  on 2 hour trip to visit relatives that we had not seen for Christmas yet. It was rough.  I have felt so much better other days. Thank God for my husband.  I am just nuts or is it withdrawal? I am so scared. I have to work in 2 weeks

You are definitely not nuts.  All the symptoms you describe are common withdrawal symptoms.  We all get ups and downs, symptoms can get worse, then better, then worse. This is typical. You have only been on benzos for a short time and on a low dose so you should be ok. Many buddies manage to work although it can be a struggle. Try not to panic. Hopefully you will feel a bit better again by the time you have to go back to work.

Personally for me it was the end of the 3rd month where I really started to turn a positive corner and started feeling like my old self. We have quite a few members here who have successfully gone back to work.
