Anyone ever nervous during the "good" days?

For the past few weeks, whenever I have a good day, it almost always follows with a crash of some sort either the next day, or a couple of days later. And they're usually pretty messy.

 

Anyone else get that?

 

I guess this is what people mean by the "window?"  Those days when you see the clear skies, but have to keep walking by...
