Is it me or withdrawal

I have had a bit of extra stress up until a couple of days ago.  I tapered my K by .003 yesterday and the day before.  My sleep has been worse since getting lower on my dose.  Can't sleep more than 2-4 hours and can't nap.  This morning, I had cramps and feel very tired and cold and nervous and down.  I had to go to the bathroom about five times already but it's not diarrhea.  Do you think this is withdrawal or just me?  My husband slept like a baby and gets up all happy and peppy and I find myself feeling very envious and full of self pity.  Can't seem to enjoy life at all.  Can anyone relate?

You're likely to feel more stress because of lack of sleep.  Sleep deprivation does a number on us.  I have had a hard time napping too but I take an hour to lay in a dim room with soft music and cover my eyes.  I keep my thoughts focused on nature and fall into a light meditative state.. it seems to help a bit.

 

Are you able to go outside and walk around, even your neighborhood?  Do you have a park nearby? I'm a strong advocate for walking the demons out.  I know it's winter but bundle up, stick some earbuds in with your favorite music and force yourself to walk for 20 minutes or more if you can handle it.  Rest and repeat in the afternoon.
