1 yr anniversary-Anyone still having palps? (ativan)

Hi, what a year it's been.  Last year, with my last Ativan my palps were awful.  Went to doc, had tests, and there was nothing.  So, doc suggested a beta blocker.  I was about to take them, but the palps got significantly better.  Now however, a year later, they're kicking up again.  My anxiety has been getting better, my jaw has gotten better, but the palps, still there.

I'm not sure what to do.  Hate to go on an everyday medication to help them.  But, once they start, I get anxiety worse because of them.  My gyn suggested going on an AD, thinking it's hormone related (52).... but didn't want to start another 'brain' med, when my body is still healing.

I wanted to know if anyone else is a year out, and still having palps, and what they do about them.  I always feel like I'm going to have a heart attack.  (btw, before Ativan, never had palps like this)....

Hi.  I'm two years off of opioids and 16 months off Xanax and I only started having palps in the past few months.  It really wasn't a symptom for me before that.  It seemed like it would happen in the evening and I started wondering if it was made worse by my one glass of wine habit.  So I knocked that off and it seemed to be a bit better.  I still have it going on sometimes though, and I'm wondering if I've slipped into what they refer to as adrenal fatigue, and with that they talk about heart palps being one of the symptoms.

My worst and last thing to go is heart palps. At night they creep up on me. If I eat wrong and any.msg.... I heard one person say it took a few years to go. If mine take off I take a fourth of an attenolol. It slows it down. I hate heart palps.. my heart goes out to anyone dealing w em.

Happy
