anyones preexisting fears returned?

Has anyone's problem that they went on the benzos for returned during your withdrawal?

 

Has it come back worse than pre drugs?

My insomnia is much, much, much, much worse. I was on benzos for insomnia (partly caused by the side effects of AD's and partly because I've never been able to sleep well).

 

So even after withdrawal, I'll probably still have some problems, but nothing like what I've gone through during my taper and for the past 6 months.

 

It will get better for us all.

 

As I feel better, I'll be able to exercise more and do things to help my sleep.

 

And as you feel better, you'll be able to tackle your phobia and conquer it. Just a waiting game with time. 

 

My guess is after you're able to handle the "fear attacks" created by withdrawal, all other fears are going to pale in comparison.
