Evening anxiety/queeziness

Is it the darkness outside that starts this up?  I am just trying to lay low feeling pretty good watching the Lions beat Dallas.  If anyone asks me questions or talks to me I get disturbed.  Bothered to a degree.  Then I get nervous.

 

Do not remember it going like this the first time around.  I had a small encounter for brief period of time with muscle relaxers and Xanax.

Yup, this is to be expected. I can be mucking around the internet and minding my own business, and then startled into nervous jitters by the fridge starting to hum.  It's like your nerves are always on a tightrope.

 

Nothing to worry about, it'll go away with time.
