Congrats on being benzodiazepine free. I am so glad you found us. Unfortunately withdrawal symptoms can go on for months, but the majority of people heal within the one year mark, including myself. This is a excellent place to "validate" your symptoms. I am sure you will be able to find other members who are sharing similar experiences.

 

You might like to check out The Ashton Manual it is an authoritative source on what to expect in withdrawal and recovery.  Dr. Ashton is an expert in the field.
