Kindled and Reinstated Ativan taper plan

See my signature--major setback this summer from lidocaine (long story) sand ended up back on 1 mg Ativan which makes me feel absolutely hopeless cuz I said I woukd never go thru this hell again. Was on 1 mg 12-5 to 12-19 and then started cutting .125 every seven days. I'm told on Facebook that's not too fast cuz I felt like death before and getting worse so hurry and get off. And getting off is a great goal cuz I can't stand poisoning myself but if you're kindled do you have to go slower?  I know kindling makes every withdrawal worse so this one is already 10 times worse than before. Hate life alltogether
