Change Taper Plan Due Panic Attack. Did I do right thing?

I had a recurrence panic attack after long time. Its been a while since I was prescribed with xanax due the panic disorder. I changed my doctor and she prescribed me with a prozac 20mg alongside with xanax 3 days ago. And It seems went wrong. The anxiety was increasing, and I couldn't maintain my panic. I was at 0.5 mg / day (taken at night time).

 

Yesterday, I got my panic and cannot take it anymore. My withdrawal is bad already, with these panic, eventually I took the 0.5mg in the morning and 0.25 at night. So yesterday I took 0.75mg.

 

I would like to come back at 0.5. This morning I take 0.25mg and planning to have 0.25mg at night time.

Am I doing something wrong here?

Anyone can help me re do my tapper plan ?

Is .75  a day the amount you want to taper from?

Hi

0.75 is the amount that I take unintentionally yesterday (0.5 at morning (accidentally due panic attack) and 0.25 at night because I cant stand it). It have to be 0.5mg at night.
