Didn't have any added syx this week so I am going to drop a day early. I will be dropping my middle of the night dose of .0625 tonight. That will put me at .25mg over all and dosing at...

 

7am .0625

3pm .0625

11pm .125

 

First time since last Feb I will be dosing less than 4xday with no 3am dose!!!! Scary but exciting!! I am basically in the home stretch now!!

Good for you Grinch!!  And you are so right...a number of "Xanaxers" are dropping their doses and will be finished with their tapers soon!  That's so great.  I'm following in your footsteps....going slowly and surely....I'll get there too one day.  I hope the next new year - or before? - will see me in a Benzo free zone.

 

Not sure if we have "met" on these boards but I sure recognize many of the people who have written in to congratulate you and who are happy with your success.....how lucky am I to have found such an awesome group?!!!!!
