Should I cut help please

Hi I have been at same dose now for 6 weeks .I have had a few goodish days .mornings the worst .think this could be the best I'm going to stabilise don't want to drag it out more .should I just cut again .This is longest I have stayed at a dose .Thanks

Of course that is a personal decision. We all interpret what is stabilized differently. In my eyes stabilized is not feeling perfect but instead where the symptoms are at least manageable a bit and not debilitating. If it was me, i would go for a cut...a very small one.

Hi Tragaz,

I am not down as low as you are yet but your body is your guide when it comes to cutting in my opinion so if you feel well enough to go lower again, then go for it. You can always updose if you feel really bad after 2/3 days. It is possible to reverse every decision but your body will tell you what you need to know. Trust it. Love Moya x

Thank you all .I deliberately didn't cut coming up to xmas .I struggle with my cuts at moment so was thinking of going over to daily titration  in milk .hopefully to make things smoother .Thanks
