Back in the fire

Hello all,

 

I am seriously all over the map. Two days ago it was feeling jittery, just very uncomfortable. Then the next day a beautiful window of calm and relaxation. Then today happened. I am buzzing, jumping, twitching all over my body. Not to mention nausea, pain and crazy feelings. This is so crazy. I slept terrible last night. Hot and cold. Fan on then heat on. I am just miserable. Let's hope the windows come back and stay longer. I am 5 1/2 weeks off. I wish you all a wonderful New Year and I hope our healing comes quickly.

I'm sorry to hear it...can you identify any sort of trigger?  Food, stress, alcohol?

Not that I can think of. I don't drink and no new stress or change in diet. The only thing different was the night before the small window I had a great nights sleep and last night it was poor.

Welcome back lol....I hope you don't take my twisted humor the wrong way  Isn't it crazy just how rapidly things can shift. I remember just reading your post yesterday. Here's hoping tomorrow is another window.

Crazy, that actually made me laugh! Yes, it seems to go from minute to minute. Glad we are all in this together. Happy New Year.
