Cut around 10% k last Thursday after holding for a month.  Had been feeling good.  Now:

The room is spinning

The joints in my left hand are hurting

Headache

Tight hand tremor

Left hand tremor (this is a first)

Every muscle is tight and tingling.

Heart is beating fast

No anxiety yet.

 

I had planned in doing another cut Friday, but maybe I'll wait.  Hopefully this will go away.

The maximum recommended cut is 10%, so that amount could be too much for you. Maybe try a lower % next time.
