At what mg did things get easier?

Dave,

It got easier for me once I found the correct pace for my taper which was somewhere around 4mg. I've seen it get much, much harder for people at low doses who have arrived there too rapidly.

Everyone's different, however, and I was on benzos 20+ years and am probably a lot older than you. But don't be surprised if it gets harder rather than easier. If it does, just stop and hold there until your brain catches up.

I'm dropping 1mg a week and everytime I drop I feel crappy for two days then it evens out. I dont think ill jump at 1mg though, ill stay on 0.5mg for a week.

Many people find Remeron to help them a lot. For me, it didn't work, but I am just one person, so take that with a grain of salt. I wish I could take it and get off that nasty crap, Seroquel. Bets
