Sleep and benzo withdrawal

One would imagine the more sleep We get the better We feel the next day , normally that would be the case however in My opinion the rules are different when We are withdrawing from a drug especially a benzo.

I rarely ever have a good day however once in a blue moon I get a one day break. I guess its called a window !  One night I slept 3 hours and felt ok the next day , another day I slept 6 hours and felt like death warmed over the next.

I only dose once per day at midnight and yes even with long acting clonazepam You can get dose withdrawal because now the med starts talking back to me with rebound 3 hours after I take it. some day the rebound seems to hit around 3 hours after a dose and may last into the next day. Some days it calms down as I go into the evening and other days it acts up into the evening.  Toss the dice I cant figure it out, just know I want off this drug with a passion.

My symptoms lessen the less sleep i get.

I feel sleep deprived but not nauseous, lethargic and anxious with less sleep.

Drives me insane that I can't have both!

I thought it was just me. After 6 hrs sleep I can have terrible anxiety and depression, after 3 I can go to the supermarket and even a reasonable walk, I feel completely shattered but not as anxious how bizarre is this process
