It's very quick, but SO intense, like a lightning strike, I can FEEL it travel the nerve branches after it strikes. I've had a few in my head, then neck and now one HUGE one in my lower back left flank. It is so jarring, scary actually...and it hurts. Then it is followed by that all familiar warm flushed feeling and me just frozen in fear that it will persist.
