tapering and taking your dose and feeling somewhat normal like your old self

I take. 0 .5 xanax once per day and when I do I notice that I come back to feeling a little bit normal does anyone else have that experience. this is a general question so understand that I don't feel completely like I am remember feeling.

Are you actually tapering yet? It doesn't look like it from your signature.

 

If you are feeling a positive effect from your xanax dose, that in fact may be a good thing because it means you haven't reached tolerance yet and you are still getting some effect from the drug, but this will probably lessen. Now is definitely the time to start a slow taper before you reach that point. You're not on a huge dose yet, but the longer you wait the higher your dose might get, and then it just gets much harder.

Im starting to feel more normal now too at 3mg Valium. I think its our body adjusting towards the end.

thanks for replying to this question most the time I do feel tolerance withdraw I am Micro cutting and so sometimes it just seems like my body stops the various withdrawal symptoms I feel that day when I take my dose.there are days when I take my dose and actually makes me feel worse it's just surprising that some days it seems to be effective just don't understand it
