Need to take something, Metaxalone?

I am 6 days post jumping from Xanax. I'm having back spasms today. This is idiopathic to me. I have had these kinds of spasms before--since I was in my 20s--though not often. I could either lay flat on my back for three days, or until the spasms calm down, or I can take metaxalone, which is a muscle relaxer. Will taking metaxalone derail my recovery? Honest opinions only, not just "opposed to everything" responses. Thanks.

Warm baths and pumpkin seeds will do you far more good IMO. Perhaps maybe dark chocolate and bananas?
