WD symptoms much worse what am I doing wrong

Each day anxiety symptoms are getting much worse and I have been holding for a few weeks. Cant seem to reach an even point. I know Im considered a low dose short user however I am having a most difficult time and I dont know what to do. Im so close to 0.125mg yet symptoms too bad to make another cut. Am I stuck here for good. I dont want to dose up went though too much to make the small gains I have. Having crazy thoughts starting to feel more fear.

Hey Buddy, I am also stuck at 0.125 mg Clonazepam.

 

Reason:  Stressors, not the tapering.

 

I am tempted to take rescue dose but I am doing my best not to take it.

 

Maybe you could wait for few more days if it is bearable.
