Clariton D or Vistaril

I took Clariton D yesterday and I woke up at 4am bouncing off the walls. I have an impacted sinus and am trying to dry it up. I have used vistaril for acute wd but have only used it very little because it wipes me out the next day. Im not sure what to do. No sleep or be totally wiped out.

becareful mixing the two together. I asked a pharmacist about this mix and they said short term it shouldnt be an issue, but continues use could cause kidney issues. He recommedned to take one or the other. But I would opt for the sleep route since running yourself down can trigger a nasty wave. Good luck!
