Hi everyone,

 

I wanted to wish you all a joyous time. I'm out over 18 months now (as of dec 17th) and things are very good. No more bad nights, no more intrusive thoughts. I still take some natural supplements to get to sleep.

 

To all who doubt, or who are troubled in post-benzo life, have courage and faith and know that things get better -- your body wants to heal.

 

As usual I am far from home due to work demands and the wifi is lousy. I'd write more but this effort is painstaking enough.
