Hi all

 

I am a 33 year old male and have been on benzo's street a low dose for roughly a year.  Initially I was taking 0.5 mg lorazepam for a few months then switches to clorazepam at 0.75 mg/day (.125 morning, .125 afternoon, .5 night). 

 

The reason for taking these meds is severe health anxiety and benign fasciculations that randomly came on like a year ago.  They have helped my anxiety but at the same time I feel a bit droned out and an generally much more mild mannered than before when I started these meds, but I also don't get panic attacks.  I wanted to see if other members dealt with facial twitches while taking clonazepam.

Taken long term benzodiazepine use can cause a host of problems.
