withdrawal symptoms much worse

Hi everyone

 

I am 10 days post Ambien jump amd approximately 4 months post Xanax C/t. I am still on Valium 2mgs.

 

In the past 10 days , I've been experiencing desperate withdrawal symptoms again.  I do feel that I had a few weeks previous to jumping off Ambien that I felt bit better in myself. So , now again I am agitated,  crying an awful lot, very down, headaches, eyepain,  DP, nausea, tingling hands feet face and scalp. I had a lot less pain but today , I got shooting type pain in my left leg again. This has really set me back. :'(..

I have a daughter for Santa Clause and its Christmas Eve.  Thank goodness I got lot done in last while but I feel so guilty for holding up here in my room today with these withdrawls.

 

Am I in the acute phase ? Has this happened to any of ye BBs?

I am going to be in my room with earplugs when my family comes. I have figured out the hours I can have with my family and this year that will be enough. It will be quality time. It is different for everyone how long after tapering you will take to recover. Enjoy the quality time rather then quanity of time. Have a good Clause time.
