My left leg has gotten worse and seems like its not even mine now. Its always bumping into things and has gotten weaker. My left arm is a lot weaker than my right and is also gimpy. Is this normal for recovery? I am so tired of this :'(

As far as your leg not feeling like it is yours sounds like you are experiencing DP/DR, which unfortunately is not that uncommon in withdrawal. Personally I would go to the doctor or ER in regards to your weak arm to rule out anything serious.

Gib, I have the weak leg thing and arm, feels like jello.  It comes and goes, not constant.  For me it's just nerve pain.  When nerve pain is ramped up it does it much worse, then other times my legs are equally weak. ::)  I call it my "drop leg", can't rely on it to work.  On my left side also.  Go to doctor if you aren't sure.

Hi there Gibson,

I also have the left side weakness symptom. It came on quite suddenly early this year. It came with backpain and then nerve pain reared its ugly head. I've had numerous tests and they all came back normal. It was much better a couple of weeks ago but now its come slightly back again as I'm in a flare up of symptoms after jumping off Ambien.

It seems many BBs mention on  here that the left sides of their bodies are affected more than their right.....

Of course,  if you are concerned,  do go and see your doctor.
