scared as always

Ok so I've been doing this for 11 months now. With a major setback a few weeks ago due to a pill.

 

In these 11 months I had 20 mins of symptoms lessening maybe 20%

 

I am beginning to really really freak out because I hAve never been symptom free or had my fear, terror gone whatever. I also never felt better or else I wouldn't have taken that pill.

 

Are there really people out there feeling like total shit for over a year and they recovered?

 

I really haven't had one hour of feeling like yes I can live like this.

Hello Benzomama, I am with you on this one. Even though I have had 40 or so days of a little respite, The rest has been pure hell. I too am beginning to wonder if there is ever going to be any relief from this horror some so-called "doctor" has sentenced me to. I am starting to believe it is going to be a life sentence. Even with all of the reading here on the forum, I can't help but wonder and have similar thought to what you expressed today.
