Feel dead inside, nothing but sad and lost. I'm so tired and never feel rested or energized or anything but discomfort and wondering "what's next".

I'll happily accept some of your good energy. I spent some nice time with my wife today and that helped a little bit. Going to try and distract watching some documentaries as kids are gone to grandparents so the house is quiet. Good timing for them to spend the night away while I'm having another round of struggles. Xmas shopping tomorrow morning no matter how I feel, can't disappoint my children on Christmas and haven't picked up many gifts yet. Thank you Longwalk, hope you are continuing to feel better

Daze,

 

lately, i've been feeling "On" and can't come down from that. just wired and amped yet totally exhausted by this whole process of day in and night out dealing with symptoms. last night i couldn't fall asleep so i had to take the tiniest sliver of an elavil and i really don't like taking anything for any reason. not with this kindled brain. and then this morning and all day today i just coudn't fall under for a nap or rest for even 10 minutes. so so tired of this. i hope i sleep tonight.

 

i hope you have a wonderful holiday. i'm not doing anything but more of the same in just trying to get well. hope you have some nice peace and quiet while your kid are gone and get some good distraction in. distraction is really the key with this healing i think. i need way more of that.
