Jumping back a dose on Ashton?

I just switched over to 40mg of Valium from 2 mg of klonopin two weeks ago.

 

About 2 weeks ago I was on 38mg doing fine.

 

Then I had to take a road trip about a week ago from today. And pulled an all nighter never got sleep that night. I've only sleeped 2-3 nights out of the last 7 and for minimal hours...

 

I really just want to go back to 38mg and hold on it. Should that be ok?

 

I have not slept not in almost 3 days and feel like I'm starting to go crazy which is not how I want to be. My dad is pushing me to stay on 36 mg but I just cannot do it. Someone please help out

Is your dad a doctor? I only know that he wants best for you, but maybe his suggestion wasn't a good one. I have to tell you this. My dad was a doctor when I was in the throes of anxiety/insomnia. But he was a diagnostician. So he advised me to do what my psych wanted to do, as he was not an expert in that field. So I did so and ended up on 10 mg of kpin. So much for doctors in general. If it were me, I would go back to the 38 mg and wait until Xmas is over and see how you feel then. Bets

Dose one more day however since I've been awake so long I'm

Going to unfortunately have to use zyprexa to get to sleep.

 

Then will adjust benzo accordingly to how I feel if that knocks me down tonight fingers crossed
