Gastrointestinal Problem (Nausea) while tappering

Dear Friends.

 

I have a question. Does benzo withdrawal abrupt our digestive system. It has been 3 days, and I feel nausea as if my gastric feels discomfort. I havent vomited, it feels mild and my saliva is a kinda sour.

 

I have read several article that benzo withdrawal related to Gastrointestinal problem. I wonder you can explain how come it happen, or does anyone have a nausea while tappering down from benzo.

 

I have taken benzo since August 2014 - November 2014 (1mg alprazolam) then tappering down in Dec 2014 to (0.5 mg alprazolam). I have several another withdrawal symptomps like tension headache, dizziness, and blurry vison but only last 1 week. Now, I feel a bit upset on my stomach.
